Take Back Project and Process Graduate – Mexico
The Graduate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short-term projects which have a beginning, an end, and specified deliverables. The successful candidate will work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track.
Responsibilities:
Project Support:
Manage and implement Take Back projects using Agile methodology.
Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Review and evaluate project designs to ensure compliance with standards.
Process optimization
Lead and participate with the Program Manager and the rest of the Global team in process improvement initiatives.
Qualification:
Four-year Degree in Business administration, Engineering, Operations management or equivalent.

Manufacturing Engineer – Malaysia
Job Responsibilities:
Provide resolution and implement engineering solution to product/manufacturing issue
Engage R&D and Product Development to enable New Product Introductions and Extensions
Identify the risks early in the program and determine the test methods needed to characterize the product to ensure we meet the end-customer needs. This is especially true in any product or process NUD’s
Throughout the program, characterize the product to ensure we understand the risks and what it would take to address the risks
Drive Product Qualification processes

Qualification:

Supply Chain Engineer – Singapore
Job Description:
In close collaboration with PRM and HP site manager, drive factory operational and quality performance.
In close collaboration with global teams, ensure process compliance, audit execution and inventory integrity.
Lead initial troubleshooting and triage in case of engineering process, system or quality issues.
Lead design of engineering process and system requirements.
Co-lead implementation of new process and system requirements at partner site.
Act as consultant on partner capability and capacity roadmap, for both factory and warehouse.
Supports and drives engineering process documentation.
Supports site BCP/Risk efforts.
Supports and/or leads site related projects and activities.
Qualification:

Manufacturing Engineer – Singapore
Job Description:
Coordinates NPI activities by partnering with regional and GBU teams to ensure successful delivery of new products, by leading coordination efforts, delivering product specific specifications and setting quality and efficiency goals.
Leads NPI troubleshooting activities by coordinating regional teams and subject matter experts to drive resolution to product and manufacturing issues during product ramp.
Leads Design for Manufacturing efforts by partnering with R&D, regional engineering and supply chain leads to optimize line efficiencies and to drive standardization on common key assets used across multiple product platforms.
Supports the implementation of innovative supply chain capabilities that enable new and emerging products and supply chain initiatives.

Qualification:
