Appl Mgmt Svc Del Cons I-Patch management – India
Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Knowledge: Apply growing technical knowledge (e.g. SAP, Java, .NET) to solve application issues with limited risk/complexity. .
- Under general direction integrate technical knowledge and business understanding to create effective solutions for HP and for customers.
- Incident Management: Resolve routine in-scope technical incidents independently. Work with team members to resolve more complex incidents. Document known errors and work arounds.
- Escalation Management: identify and action escalations in line with defined policy
Change Management/ Implementation: Under general direction implement changes/solutions to meet customer needs within area of technical responsibility. Understand and escalate scope changes per change control process.
Configuration Management: Ensure Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries are complete and accurate.
Solution Design: Understand the HP solutions set and be able to apply these solutions to meet customer needs within area of responsibility.
Quality: Provide continual improvement recommendations for direct responsibility area (process improvement, technical standard updates, etc).
Customer Relationship Management: Set expectations with customersand/or internal businesses/end users within defined parameters.
Teamwork: Work as part of a team, which may be virtual and/or global.
Contract Knowledge: Demonstrates basic understanding of business contract to support and meet contractual metrics and obligations in area of responsibility.
Capacity and Performance Monitor performance checkpoints.
Business Continuity Responsible for executing recovery actions.
Qualification:
- Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience. May hold entry-level certification(s) in work field.
- Typically 0-2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of relevant experience with 2 year post-high school degree.

Supply Chain Internship (Technical) – United States of America
Internships will be available for students who are in both Engineering and Business degree programs.
Positions available will include assignments and tasks in the areas of
Sourcing, Logistics, Planning, Materials/Inventory Management, Manufacturing Operations, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Returns and Order Fulfillment.
Tasks and assignments will vary with each Intern.
Intern Responsibility:
- Assist in analyzing and mapping our current supply chain processes using the SCOR model framework
- Identify areas for improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction in the Sourcing and Logistics areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including planning, procurement, production, logistics, returns, customer service, and operations to gather data and insights for process optimization
- Support the implementation of supply chain improvement initiatives, such as inventory management, demand planning, and order fulfillment
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain management to contribute to continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the progress of supply chain initiatives.
- Review and analyze whether or not new supply chain concepts that support an Integrated Supply Chain should be adopted by HP (i.e., JIS—Just In Sequence)
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to supply chain management and process improvement
- Conducting a sourcing market research to determine possible new innovative products or categories for introduction into HP’s products
- Designing a sustainability initiative independent or in conjunction with other business function, i.e., Packaging suppliers, Logistics/Transportations suppliers
- Identifying and implementing new, innovative quality control processes and procedures for component suppliers
- Conduct market research to propose and implement potential new technologies leading for supply chain optimization
- Apply analytics to develop data-driven solutions and financial/operational models to complex problems
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply the SCOR model to identify process gaps and propose solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Teams and Sharepoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work successfully in a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Preferred Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI, SQL and Access database a plus
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or others a plus Strong knowledge of Microsoft
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, and financial modeling
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel with experience in creating Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros
- Strong business acumen and technical knowledge within area of responsibility.

Automation Analyst – Europe, India
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong technical skills in C#/.Net, C++, SQL, VBA, Javascript, Python
- Identify opportunities for generating efficiency & business impact through automation/data analytics
- Ability to deploy robotics solutions in SOX space for control testing
- Management of data analytics platform (workstation, data feeds)
- Engaged in data modelling projects
- Identify potential fraud risk in business processes, develop monitoring capability to provide greater assurance to management

Qualification:
