Job Description:

Managing cash, liquidity and funding for legal entities together with the bank’s overall high quality liquid assets (HQLA), and short-term funding requirements.

Managing the non-trading interest rate positions (banking book) transferred from ALCM to the function.

Generating stable revenues by optimizing return on interest rates and HQLA;

Governance and contribution of major Benchmark Rates for the Group (IBOR’s).

Qualification:

Degree level education with knowledge and experience of Markets.

Good product knowledge with reference to Fixed Income, IR Derivatives, Cross Currency Swaps, FX Swaps.

Good understanding of treasury operations and banking issues – capital. Liquidity, funding, structural interest rate risk, transfer pricing

Excellent communication skills to deal with an extreme diverse set of stakeholders across complex issues and narratives.

Delivers high performance in respect of implementation of change, articulation of business impact and engagement of stakeholders, within a complex matrix structure.

Strong team player with refined interpersonal skills – flexible in working and interpersonal style; connect with others across reporting lines, across functions, across markets.
