Bus Admin and Operational Management – Mexico
The purpose of the role is to achieve the Genesys Strategy set for HSBC for addition of new features, the administration and enhancement of current features and the use of multichannel functions like chat and email.
Additionally, the role will also support other contact centre technology administration needs for IVR, Live Person, IKnow, GWFM and other digital channels.
Conduct real-time monitoring of queues and skill sets, regardless of the location, and identifying intra-day trends. Maintain a special emphasis on looking for possible downtime and telephony issues.

Global Support Executive – Malaysia
Job Description:
The role is based within Markets Operations, Derivatives Settlements Services (DSS)
The role of the Settlements Services Supervisor is to ensure timely and accurate settlement of IRD/EQD/FXO/CRD cash flows on behalf of HSBC at team level, including own allocation.
This involves conducting pre-settlement checks and affirmation of the cash flows with counterparties, with the intent to identify and resolve any issues that may prevent timely and accurate settlement.
The settlements function also serves as a layer of control where booking and static issues such as economics discrepancy, wrong direction, currency, index, notional, counterparty and SSIs are detected, escalated, and resolved effectively
The role of the Post-Settlements Analyst is to ensure timely follow up on failed settlements, reconciliations and investigations on Nostro and Suspense breaks stemming from systemic or economic issues at team level, including own allocation
Knowledge:
Financial Markets
Derivatives products (IRD, CRD, EQD, FXO)
Trade Life cycle (booking, resets, fixing advices, settlements, reconciliations, reporting)
Swift messages especially MT103, MT202, MT202C, MT101, MT199 and MT299

Job Description:
Provide specialist advice to customers on appropriate insurance solutions and support end to end insurance sales journey in order to ensure the insurance/ protection needs of customers are well fulfilled
Identify and capture business opportunity from affinity/ customer referrals by supporting promotion booth / making outbound call.
Provide referral leads to Macau Branch staffs from identifying customer’s other wealth needs, or onboarding the non-bank customer
Manage customer’s insurance portfolio to ensure the highest rate of customer satisfaction and persistency
