Analyst – India

An analyst/ associate working in the Equity Capital Markets team advises company on issuance of equity and equity linked products through various fund raising options like IPO, Rights Issue, FPO, QIP, Buyback, etc depending on the requirement of the company

Job Responsibilities

· Preparation of pitches and other discussion materials for meeting with clients for capital market products

· Interact with sales team to organize institutional investor meetings, collate feedback from investors and generate demand for the fund raise

· Facilitate preparation of investor pitch related materials

· Liaison with various intermediaries like legal counsels, auditor of the company, other merchant bankers, registrar to the issue, etc for business, financial and legal due diligence of the company

· Liaison with stock exchanges and regulatory authority (SEBI), as required for the transaction

· Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the growing HSBC’s India equity capital markets business

Job Requirements

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer

Gathering and analyzing user requirements and translating them into system test case scenarios

Work with other testing groups within the organization for the integration, pairwise and operation readiness testing

Job Responsibilities:
