Junior IT Administrator
Job Description:
Monitoring alerts / errors on servers, applications on a client’s environment
Treating alerts by following the written procedures step by step
Creating tickets and routing them properly to administrator groups.
Analysing first level problems for all systems by following the procedures and resolving and routing as
appropriate
24/7 shift pattern

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Basic computer literacy and IT knowledge about computer hardware, networking, Linux, Windows
English at at least B2 level
