Job Description:
Manage programme delivery proactively balancing scope, schedule, interdependencies, budget and risks
Be able to provide oversight to how HR initiatives align to the HR/ Business SBO Strategy and relevant global/ country business/functional People Plans
Have considerable experience working in or alongside Learning, Talent and Organisational Design activities and or functions
Be responsible for effective programme controls and procedures within their given initiatives
Effectively manage relationships with internal and external suppliers
Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to the relevant governance forum and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards delivery
Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills, confident and ability to work at all levels within a global business environment
Key Capabilities – Change Management, Consulting Agility, Business Impact & Diagnostic, Relationship & Consultancy, Design Thinking, Statistical Analysis and Project Management skills
Large scale programme management skills with a global remit, reporting and management capabilities
Be able to quickly identify any potential issues / risks with deploying global programmes, communicating issues clearly and concisely, and provide options for resolution
Exposure to change delivery, process and programme management techniques such as Agile, 6 Sigma
Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and executing tactically
