Technology Analyst – Production support – Bss
Should have service oriented attitude; Prior level 1 support experience will be beneficial
Should have experience of Incident management / Service Ticket handling.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good understanding on Agile Methodology with experience working on JIRA Service Desk (JSD) portal
Working within an ITIL framework and hold good understanding on Incident/Change & Release management processes
Strong understanding and appreciation of banking market and its business dynamics especially with regards to risk management and regulatory compliance
Self-starter with an ability to work remotely and independently
A thought leader who can explore and propose open source solutions if needed
Should have ability to analyze and resolve escalated problems within target.
Good knowledge of using operating systems like Windows & Unix
Sound understanding of access management process
Expertise in handling all MS office tools and hold commendable presentation skills (like Excel, Macros, PPT, Any Incident system, JIRA etc.)
Should be able to follow run book instruction and perform steps.
Ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
Should be able to coordinate with vendor to resolve technical issues which requires product vendor engagement
Good to have
Good knowledge in database management systems (Oracle, SQL Server 2008) and/or in programming languages (VB, Python) will be an added advantage
Having understanding/expertise on Cognos reporting will be an added advantage
Good experience with Open Pages tool, its methodologies and implementation aspects
Significant expertise and professional experience across Operational Risk Management
Should have worked on Service NOW platform
