Job Description
As an Associate Business Analyst you will support the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment, and participate in initiatives at unit level and in the organization with the aim of providing the customer with high-quality and value-added consulting solutions within the guidelines, Infosys policies and standards.
Qualification
Bachelor’s or equivalent degree – preferably in the fields of computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or other related courses in which basic knowledge of software development and testing is taught.
Technical requirements
Functional process knowledge in at least one functional area in order to document the customer’s specific actual processes, identify gaps and independently map target processes.
Industry knowledge, understanding of industry best practices to provide the client with insights across the functional area.
Knowledge of basic elements of package/product architecture.
Ability to understand and apply advanced solution design methodologies in complex customer scenarios to ensure that the requirements and functional specifications for the end-to-end solution are defined and customer endorsement is obtained.
