Systems Engineer – IT Service Management
Job Description:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance to work location or be willing to relocate to the work area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Masters’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 1 year of Information Technology experience.
Willing to learn technologies or should be willing to go for training on client required skill set for 4-6 weeks upon joining

Positions are based in Toronto, Ontario, Calgary, Alberta and Vancouver, British Columbia. Candidate must be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel and/ or relocation.
Preferred Qualifications
Software Development/ Programming – Knowledge of how to develop code and document artifacts including unit test plans and ensure that the output is as per the given specifications and SLAs.
Testing – Perform testing activities (Functional, Integration, System, User experience) based on the plans and in line with defined processes with guidance from supervisor.
Knowledge Management activities including documentation and knowledge gathering of the modules he/she is working on.
