Oracle OTM Technology Analyst – USA
Infosys is seeking a Oracle OTM Technology Analyst with strong OTM cloud experience. The position will primarily be responsible for implementation of OTM cloud product as per customer’s requirements. The selected candidate should be able to convert the functional requirements into BRD and assists in required solution along with technical team.
Qualifications:
At least 2+years of relevant Information Technology experience
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT or be willing to relocate.
At least 1 complete end to end implementations of cloud.
Must have at least 2 OTM implementations / rollouts and support experience
Experience of configuration of agent workflow, screen sets configurations, menu management, user profile creation, XML profiles and other OTM technical aspects.
Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL and report development will be added advantage
Strong functional experience and requirement gathering skills.
Good understanding and experience in implementing OTM functionality, particularly in the areas of order management, planning and execution, and freight settlement.
Ability to interact at all levels of client organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred experience with OTM customer onboarding
Experience with EDI is a plus.
Experience of production support on-premises on OTM cloud

Job Overview
Supporting the Customer Due Diligence Team within Financial Crime Operations to obtain relevant documentation and information relating to our Business Customers. You will be required to contact customers directly, requesting time critical, sensitive and crucial information. You will also be working with RM’s and other FinCrime Teams to ensure relevant information is obtained where necessary whilst ensuring the information received is in line and acceptable to policy standards.
You will be required to manage your own workload ensuring cases are progressed, tracked and updated. You will need to take accountability around SLA’s, along with ensuring cases are triaged and escalated where critical information regarding a businesses ownership or operation is not forthcoming or where it arises suspicion.
Qualification:
• Base knowledge and understanding of the legal and regulatory framework including obligations under the Proceeds of Crime Act, the Terrorism Act; the requirements of the money laundering regulations and the guidance provided set by external regulators relating to CDD requirements.
• An understanding of commercial and business products and customer types.
• Knowledge and understanding of Know Your Business (KYB requirements).
