Qualifications
You must possess a Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Process Control, Automation or Control Engineering
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:

Strong communications skills to meet at a business level and technical level teams
Experience aligning and partnering with diverse customers on enterprise solutions (steering them towards common solutions); winning them over with data, cost/benefit analysis and paint a vision for what end solutions look like
Data analysis skills
Convey system functionality and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, etc.)
Focus on capability during requirement gathering activities
Experienced problem solver, search for root cause and recommend solutions and have the skills to implement those solutions
Customer engagement to understand the customer’s business, needs and pain points
Understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Preferred Qualifications:
Data analysis skills Experience with waterfall and Agile software development methods and tools
Strong User Story and User Acceptance Test development skills
Ability to convey system functionality and concepts (e.g. storytelling, storyboards, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, etc.).
Ability to focus on capability during requirements gathering activities
Strong user experience skills including research, surveying and Transition Change Management
Technical Procedure Documentation
Experienced problem solver, searching for root cause and recommending solutions and the ability to implement those solutions
Customer engagement: understand customer’s business, needs, pain points
Understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities
Supplier management, managing licenses/renewals, driving defect fixes and enhancements
Define program and product roadmaps (driving integrated product upgrade roadmap for software, firmware, hardware, OS)
Knowledge of the best practices and design trends for responsive design knowledge
