Trading Services Analyst – Corporate Investment Bank – Argentina
Job Description:
Resolving booking issues for our clients, take ownership on them and display client oriented focus
Creating your own relationship with the different teams that you interact with, partner with them on a day to day basis to perform more efficiently
Speak Up! Come up with ideas on how to fix process and technology gaps and follow them through to completion
Full operational support to FX & other financial instruments which are traded globally.
Trade reconciliation and margin call processing.
Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are continually achieved.
Escalating issues in a timely manner.
Qualification:
Graduate or bachelor student.
Team player and willingness to collaborate.
Sense of accountability and ownership of issues until resolution
Relevant experience in related functions or businesses is a plus.
Be a graduate or graduate student.
Have relevant [2 years] of experience in similar or related functions.
Fluent or advanced in English.
Excel and process automation knowledge is a plus.
