Product Analyst – House of Brands
Job Description:
Data analytics to support strategy development and US input to global initiatives
Monitoring and analysing commercial and brand equity performance data including sales, share, customer service metrics, awareness, loyalty, etc.
Monitoring luxury automotive segment trends with an emphasis the SUV segment and key competitive trends (new launches, technology, retail units, MSRP, transaction price, loyalty and economic outlook, etc.)
Collaborating with other cross functional teams such as finance, financial services and sales operations within the US to ensure end-to-end performance for the brand
Supporting the product pricing, volume, trim mix and options take rate process with analysis in order to deliver a profitable vehicle business proposition that meets corporate thresholds
Supporting the creation of the market level product offering (OXO creation) which includes specifying all the vehicle features and options for all trim levels in order to develop a competitive vehicle that will meet sales targets in the market.
Support commercialization by creating Monroney labels, product guides, reviewing configurators that enable the sales of vehicles in the US and supports retailers
Maintaining the key dates and launch planning files which alerts all cross-functional partners of deadlines needed for their function
Supporting Brand Director and Sr. Brand Specialist as needed
Performing other duties as required
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
Excellent communication, analytical, presentation, and project execution skills

Methods & Technology Support Engineer
Job Responsibilities
• Collaboration with key customers to support the planning and delivery of upskilling programs on time and as per customer requirements, making improvements to the programme where necessary
• Coordinate with engineers, workshop technicians, and internal teams to support issues resolution of software download within prototype vehicles and update the Knowledge Portal
• Recycling of ECUs, rig building and testing
• Maintenance and utilisation activities of engineering prototype fleet
• Take a lead in identifying potential issues with introduction of new technology within new electric architecture ECUs and potential solutions to minimise vehicle downtime
Qualification:
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics structure and fault finding and hardware
• Detailed understanding of various Supplier tools used for SWDL
• Experience in the application of CAN, CAN FD and Ethernet protocols
• Hands on capability to design and build rigs
• Ideally you will have some experience of practical training of others and / or confidence in written and oral communication at all levels

Consumer Affairs Specialist – Complex Cases
Job Description:
Reporting to the Consumer Affairs Senior Specialist, the successful candidate evaluates, responds to, and settles / defends more complex claims from customers, attorneys or third parties.
This position requires advanced negotiation skills and process mastery, and supports efforts to maintain and improve customer satisfaction, owner retention, JLR image, and decreases litigation exposure.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Extensive familiarity with Lemon Law vehicle repurchase processes, legal terms and processes preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive environment with customer/retailer interaction preferred
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Excellent presentation skills and strong analytical, verbal, and written skills
Fast-paced work ethic with extensive work capacity with the ability to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines while consistently delivering a high standard of work

As Performance Marketing Specialist, you will support North American Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) in leading a performance marketing mindset in the US.
This role will ensure marketing is driving high-quality leads and traffic, and that the client journey is seamless on Digital Experience (D
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, or marketing analytics.
Familiar with media platform : DV360, META, SA360 etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.
Knowledge of automotive/luxury brand marketing space as well as automotive digital shopping journey strongly preferred.

Business Development Analyst – Network Development
Job Description:
Managing vendor relationship and collection / reporting of retailer financial performance; with
Regional Performance Analysts, develop and implement new strategies to maximize retailer profitability
Managing the Network Development Department budget process, including Global budget template and Cost of Franchise projects
Supporting the organization in a wide range of performance reporting tasks including dealer candidate pro-formas, Regional Reviews, Business Plan, Executive Team presentations and other miscellaneous projects
Managing business builder program, monthly reconciliations, payment calculations, retailer statements, and manage retailer inquiries.
Managing Retailer Scorecard regarding preparation and publishing
Managing and coordinate, funding and planning of the award of Excellence program
Performing other duties as required
Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Operations/Finance is preferred, or equivalent work experience
Strong analytical, verbal, organizational, and written skills with a keen attention to detail
Experience in automotive business, operations, or finance departments
Experience in budgeting, financial tracking, financial statement/accounting analysis
Highly competent in MS packages including Excel & PowerPoint
Must be able to work under pressure and meet firm deadlines, while consistently delivering a high standard of work
