As a ServiceNow Analyst & Administrator Manager 

Multiple Locations at USA

Job Description:

Configure and enhance core application including, but not limited to, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Knowledge Base, Management, Project & Portfolio, and Reporting.
Conduct Incident and Request Management: Resolve business incidents and request ServiceNow tickets independently.
Support implemented and proposed solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
Participate in deployment of features and any ServiceNow releases.
Support the development and growth of the services delivered by the organization.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related discipline
ServiceNow Admin Certified
ITIL V3 / V4 Foundation Certified
Excellent communications skills required – verbally with all levels of customer IT and business management, as well as written with technical assessments and project related reports
Demonstrated self-direction and attention to detail with ability to work in a fast paced and changing environment with short deadlines
Excellent organization and process improvement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
