Account Coordinator
As a Contract Sales Coordinator at John Deere Marketing in Cary, North Carolina, you will be responsible for auditing assigned Strategic Accounts Business Division (SABD) direct sale purchase orders to ensure compliance with the contract terms and conditions. In addition you will:
Support dealer audit questions
Work with the dealer to ensure delivery is made according to the contract delivery terms
Support for John Deere Quote 2 (JDQ2) inquiries
Work with John Deere Financial to ensure SABD is properly funded for financed deals
Work with Accounting to resolve invoicing issues
Backup for pending coordinator when business needs arise
Responsible for completing and submitting reinstatement requests
Responsible for monitoring error reports and for immediate corrections to ensure daily settlements
Daily phone support to dealers and customers
Work some overtime and Saturdays depending on business demands

What Skills You Need
Ability to interpret legal contract guidance and apply that understanding
Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions
Successful negotiating and communication skills
Knowledge of Agricultural & Turf products, customers, markets and competitors
Available to work some overtime and occasional Saturdays
What Makes You Stand Out
One or more years’ experience working in customer service or related customer-oriented environment
One or more years’ experience in using Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project, and other Microsoft tools
An understanding of the equipment dealer channel & agricultural manufacturing equipment products
Education (or equivalent work experience)
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
