Analyst – Multiple Locations in USA
Job Description:
You’ll work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants in client engagements and receive extensive additional training to expand your skill set.
This 12-24 month program was created to develop talents into real leaders through research, training, mentoring and coaching sessions. During the program, a variety of top management issues will be presented to you and to your highly talented team-mates, firm colleagues from different offices and practices, and clients.
You might work across a variety of industries and functions, your innovative and design-oriented academic focus will come in handy for all analytical thinking and problem solving with the team and you will also help your team to bring diverse perspectives for the firm projects.
You will assist client development and office-building efforts within each Spanish Latin America location and reach and relevance efforts (internal initiatives aimed at strengthening colleagues’ knowledge of firm values and latest advancements through town halls, Values Day and others).
Qualification:
Undergraduate degree
0-3 years of professional work experience
Exceptional problem-solving ability, logical reasoning, creative thinking
Comfort with numbers and the ability to untangle complex issues
Demonstrated leadership capabilities; eager to break new ground
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsTrack record of strong analytical and conceptual skills
Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written)
