Real Estate Analyst – India
Job Description:
Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in our team to partner with the Business to provide a comprehensive view.
As a Real Estate Analyst within the Valuation Services team, you will be responsible for offering real estate valuation support services to various business lines within the firm. You will be a part of the Valuation Services Group, a team dedicated to procuring, reviewing, or preparing in-house valuation or evaluation reports for use in real estate transactions.
Job responsibilities:
Perform valuation specific research using Borrower provided financial documents & prior Appraisal Reports.
Analyze subject property data from county websites and other public domains.
Compare & validate data to address any discrepancies.
Perform data entry and analysis of Appraisal reports for credit comparable.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures and quality control standards set for the process and familiarity with various loan documents, financial statements and reports.
Lead, Manage and Motivate the teams
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Accounting, Master in Finance.
Minimum 1 year of experience experiences in Banking/Mortgage/Appraisal Support/Pre-underwriting.
Candidate must be open to work in India evening / USA shifts.
Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with various stake-holders and across levels.
Ability to escalate / clarify queries, work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions on assignments.
Strong knowledge of MS-office suite of applications.
Strong knowledge/analytical skills about Financial / Appraisal Reports and key terms.

Commercial Real Estate Inspections Quality Analyst – India
As a Commercial Real Estate Inspections Quality Analyst in our Portfolio Management Services and Valuation Services Group, you will provide a concentrated focus on the proper execution of production support for Property Inspection related activities. This role is key in supporting daily tracking of loans that require ordering Inspection announcements or Appraisal due to annual downgrading of the subject property. You will work closely with senior partners to ensure high visibility and awareness of job progress.
Job responsibilities:
Analyze subject property data and quality control/audit of property inspections reports.
Compare & validate data to address any discrepancies.
Perform data entry and analysis of Appraisal reports as needed.
Ensure adherence to operating procedures and quality control standards set for the process.
Being familiar with various loan documents, financial statements and reports.
Work with Strong Root Cause Analysis / Auditing skills about Appraisal Reports and key terms is desired.
