Transactions Specialist III – Reconciliations (Open to Fresh Graduates) – Philippines
Job Description:
As Transactions Specialist III, you will be responsible for the Reconciliation function within ARP/Disbursement Services.
Balance all adjustments and paid checks using SMS against DDA
Work as part of a team and will be assigned individual responsibilities within that team.
Contribute to meeting the team’s goals and be a team player
Make judgment calls regarding routine duties but refer non-routine situations to supervisors
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Comprehend and communicate in English and translate adjustment and paid check information that is contained on image documents to the system displayed information
Compare and verify data capture and data represented on screen
Determine customer payment intentions when faced with varying information
Stay focused during repetitive tasks
Follow prescribed procedures. Flexible to learn new duties.
Utilize data entry skills in various types of situations presented on a screen, including keying from machine written information, handwritten information.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines and productivity/quality
During peak volume periods and based on other business needs, additional hours working hours may be rendered.
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting preferred

Job Responsibilities
Develop content for strategic meetings with clients regarding M&A or capital market transactions

Job Description:
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and solve business problems through rigorous data analysis and visualizations.
Build and support Qlik/Tableau dashboards to deliver information and data in ways that help drive the business and create efficiencies
Query, analyze and transform complex data sets to optimize dashboard flexibility and performance

Qualifications:
