Implementations Analyst – USA

Job Description:
As an Implementations Analyst in the Implementations team, you will be responsible for managing projects to set up new products and services for our corporate clients.
These projects can range from simple single account setups to complex automation of corporate treasury processes.
Your responsibilities will include contract management, implementation procedure updates, and client management.
This role provides an opportunity to lead projects, interact with clients, and contribute to a great client experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage contracts, from requesting a contract to the Document management Office to the reception and receipt confirmation to a client, including continuous follow ups and communications with clients and internal stakeholders;
Implement procedures updates, assist on procedures generation and/or updates as required by the product agenda; it could be as per a new product launch, Implementations global alignment or from regulation .
Assist on Client management to lead projects facing client and looking for meeting treasuries´ goals and a great client experience.
Qualifications:
University graduates

Credit Risk – Associate – India
Job responsibilities:
Independently prepare credit analysis on assigned clients – covering macro-overview, industry/sector, business, financials – and recommend changes to credit ratings and amendments to facilities
Complete annual reviews for assigned portfolio and work on prospect coverage, new client onboarding, new product onboarding, renewals and modifications of existing facilities
Assist in negotiating and finalizing documentation (credit agreements and amendments)
Build strong relationships and maintain open communication with colleagues from various Lines of
Business including Underwriters, Bankers, Middle Office, etc.
Support due diligence on capital market transactions for clients
Develop strong working knowledge and track clients/sectors related to GHHN industries on an on-going basis
Ensure governance, reporting and data quality requirements are met and maintained for client and client families
Qualifications:
Graduate degree
3-5 years’ experience in credit risk analysis – GHHN or public finance experience
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong communication & interpersonal skills; ability to effectively present analysis and build positive relationships with global stakeholders
In depth understanding of financial statements, including ratio analysis, cash flow analysis and accounting standards
Excellent academic record, strong grasp of corporate finance concepts and application, close attention to detail and accuracy
Aptitude to learn and develop knowledge on credit analysis techniques, sectors and global economies
Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Markets Analytics & Reporting Analyst – Europe
Job Responsibilities:
Generating reports/ packs for management & regulators
Gather, understand and document business requirements (BRDs, Functional Specifications, etc.)
Work with huge sets of data from varied systems and stitch it together to derive meaningful information
Build Tableau dashboards based on business requirements
Work closely with the technology team to explain the requirements; test the solution developed by them and also perform UAT in close coordination with Operations Leads
Interact with other Tech teams for inputs and enhancements to their systems
Managing the project end-to-end; ensuring quality output within prescribed timelines
Monitoring and executing daily/weekly/monthly process run and report generations

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and adept at communicating with all levels of the business and technical parts of the organization

Portfolio Management Group – Trade Implementation Analyst – India
Job responsibilities
Deliver critical and time sensitive processes with high level of accuracy within agreed timelines
Pre-trade monitoring of risk and identifying accounts to be traded by the Portfolio Managers
Assist Wealth Management portfolio managers with account maintenance and account trading inquiries.
Re-engineering processes, procedures, and business architecture using technology like Alteryx, Python, Tableau
Review, monitor and report performance of client accounts and portfolios. Example: Prepare Key
Performance Indicator (KPI) packs
Implementing timely and accurate trades in the accounts based on the guidelines from the Chief Investment Office
Manage orders and send trades to fulfill the following typical daily tasks:
New account initial investments
Monitoring cash and security activity in client accounts
Liquidating accounts
Tax harvesting requests
Qualifications:
Post Graduation in Finance with up to 2 years of work experience in the financial services industry
Understanding of all relevant investment products (managed accounts, equities, fixed income, mutual funds, ETFs)
Demonstrated passion and understanding of financial markets
Ability to operate in a fast-moving, demanding, and team-oriented environment
Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for his/her actions and results at all times
Preferred:
Exposure to portfolio monitoring/risk or related function
