We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a passion for producing financial analyses to help drive strategic business decisions and ensure the company is capable of navigating all types of market environments, while maintaining a fortress balance sheet.
Work closely with line of business controllers, middle office, and operations.
Work with the businesses to ensure understanding of monthly profit and loss.
Manage the monthly consolidation of JPMorgan Chase income statement and balance sheet.
Develop and maintain financial reports and schedules to be in line with CIS / LOCAL GAAP
To work with Business/Controllers to ensure Month-end control for checks such as Inter-entity, Investment Equity, unnatural are in line with Legal Entity standards.
Ownership & maintaining General Ledger Attestation documentation.
To prepare the firmwide/LocaI regulatory reporting within definite timelines.
To adhere to SOX, RCSA, Audits, Quality Assurance, and other MIS functions.
Control post-closing entries and consolidation adjustments.
Perform various control procedures to ensure the integrity of reported financial results.
Monitoring and analysis of key drivers impacting business performance against plan & forecast including providing insightful commentaries.
Participating in key project /automation initiatives.
Providing support for adhoc requests such as business review decks, process re-engineering, implementation of new regulations/policies.

• Completed 3 years of articleship
• Post CA Work Experience: O – 6 Months
• A well-rounded academic background with an interest in financial management

Job Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the payment and distribution of proceeds resulting from Client Share Sales & Dividends
Detailing and documenting workflow procedures to include MiFID II compliant changes as recommended by Global Shares Compliance team.
Internal reporting/escalation of any issues/mis-matches which arise as a matter of urgency.
Provide support to the trading teams on a daily basis while comfortably working in a team environment.
Assist in identifying new system tools and enhancements to existing systems.
Act as a point of contact, as part of a team, for all payment related matters as well as create and maintain excellent relations with key business partners.
Promotion of Global Shares a JPM Morgan Company to both clients and partners.
Qualifications:
Extremely numerate individual with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Demonstrate commercial acumen with an ability to be innovative & pro-active.
Ability to prioritise and adhere to tight deadlines.
Highly motivated and organised with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work
Previous experience working in a regulated environment.
Preferred:
Third level degree in Business/Finance or equivalent experience preferred

We’re looking for results-oriented individuals with enthusiasm for developing strategies within technology.
Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma qualification; open to diploma graduates with no more than 2 years of work experience
