Account Specialist I for FRESH GRADUATES – Daily Banking – Philippines
Job Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service, through phone and chat, handling “everyday banking” issues from the customers, which includes guiding customers how to use our product and technical troubleshooting concerns.
Process disputes as requested by customers.
Identify, capture, and resolve complaints from customers within the agreed service levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling UK clients/customers is a huge plus
Proactive and tireless in pursuing changes that will benefit customers, colleagues or both
Expertise with multiple browsers, multiple tabs, window navigation and instant messenger tools
Qualifications:
Required to abide by all applicable regulatory and department practices and procedures
Approach problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome
Create appropriate decisions on behalf of the customer quickly and effectively
Prioritize work effectively to ensure efficiency

F&O India Exchange Broking Operations Analyst – India
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in Broking operations which carries out Trade clearing, contracting and settlement functions.
Monitor adequate margin available at Exchange for TM and CM and Operational Risk Management for Position limit and Margin utilization
Having a good knowledge of Regulatory reporting. Exchange / SEBI / Statutory reporting pertains to Broking operations (Daily / Weekly / Monthly / Adhoc etc)
Coordinating with Client, Client’s Clearing Member, Client’s Custodian, Exchanges, Overseas desk
Sending Trade Confirmation to the clients and having good knowledge of accounting entries
Performing various Reconciliations Exchange vs Back office, internal reconciliation between systems for Position, P&L, Trial Balance etc.
Be responsible for MIS and Reporting, replying to Regulator / client’s related queries, handling Security Settlement
Qualifications:
Master or Commerce Graduates with good academics
Candidate should have minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in broking firm
Good Accounting Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access.
Ability to work in a deadline focused environment
Preferred qualifications:
Strong communication skill and ability to handle pressure and volumes.
Ability to exercise high levels of discipline and concentration

Quantitative Research Analyst – Asset & Wealth Management

As Quantitative Research Analyst – Asset & Wealth Management in Asset and wealth management Risk Management team, you will be part of diverse group of innovative quantitative and market risk-oriented professionals.
Our responsibility is to develop and maintain risk measurement methodologies and perform analytics calculations. We also own and continuously develop the Asset and wealth management Risk System (Newton) used by Asset and wealth management Risk Management and Front Office stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Entre-level Data Scientist or equivalent role.
• A quantitative, technically proficient individual who is detail-oriented, able to multi-task, and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
Preferred qualifications:
A strong understanding of statistics, applied AI/ML techniques, and a practical problem-solving mindset. Practical experience in financial markets in a quantitative analysis/research role within
Risk Management, a Front Office role, or equivalent is a plus.
Knowledge of asset pricing, VaR backtesting techniques, and model performance testing is a plus.
Knowledge in modular programming in SQL, Python, ML, AWS Sagemaker and TensorFlow is preferred.
A degree in a quantitative or technology field (Economics, Maths/Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent) is preferred.
