Quantitative Research – Rates Options – Analyst or Associate

As a Analyst or Associate within Quantitative Research, Rates Options team, you’ll contribute to the firm’s product innovation, effective risk management, financial risk controls. You will work closely with Interest Rates Flow Option trading desks to develop statistical arbitrage strategies and other quantitative trading models.

Job responsibilities

Develop/Enhance pricers and implement them in C++/Python for pricing and risk managing derivatives
Rapid prototyping of models and products; benchmark and compare results of various techniques
Explain model behavior and predictions to traders and controllers, identify major sources of risk in portfolios, carry out scenario analysis, provide guidance/debug analytics
Write well-formulated documents of model specification and implementation testing

Process Analyst – Fraud & FinCrime Operations (all genders)

We are looking for a passionate Process Analyst – Fraud & FinCrime Operations who will analyse performance data and provide insight to help us improve our overall performance, customer experience and business engagement.

As a Process Analyst within our Fraud & FinCrime Operations department you will work closely with our Process Manager – Fraud & FinCrime Operation to help make sure we are performing across all our functional areas and ensure we embed change well in the operation. You will analyse performance data and provide insight to help us improve our overall performance, customer experience and business engagement. You will play a key role in ensuring that we are ready for key changes and to understand and improve our performance for both customer and fraud operation.

Qualifications:

Excellent analytical and research skills, detail oriented.
Interface between Service Infrastructure, Change, Quality, Marketing and Planning.
Stakeholder management including with Divisional Leads and Planning Team.
Previous experience working within Banking/Financial Service institution in a fraud related role.
Strong time management skills, self-directing and capable of dealing with high pressure, as well as time sensitive tasks.
Keen interest in reporting, analysis, and insight of data trends.
Fluent in German and English.

Preferred:

Ability to analyse large and various data sources.
Advanced degree in a relevant field such as Business, Finance, or Risk Management.

Trade Support – Associate

As an Associate in the Trading Services team, you’ll be responsible for understanding trading structures to accurately capture all transactions, complete reconciliation checks, and ensure controls are performed.

Job responsibilities

Capture timely and accurately all transactions in the Risk Management Systems.
Complete intraday / end-of-day processes, including completeness and reconciliation checks, to ensure new trading activity and general book management are processed accurately.
Work closely with Operations functions and infrastructure groups to support a ‘one team approach’.
Ensure all controls are diligently performed, completed, and signed-off on a timely basis.
Communicate clearly and concisely with all support teams to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of queries.
Participate and contribute to various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture.
Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective.

Qualifications:

Understand all relevant derivatives and hedging products (Interest Rate Swaps, Basis Swaps, Cross Currency swaps, Forward Rate Agreement (FRA), Foreign Exchange (FX), Zero Coupon and Overnight Index Swaps (OIS), Bond and Futures)
Knowledge of the front to back Operations process (including the key elements such as confirmations, settlements, regulatory reporting) and facilitate issue resolution across teams
