Job Description:
Participating in meetings and workshops with stakeholders and subject matter experts to document and support definition of specific business opportunities with processes / products.
Assistance with project management for selected projects.
Coordinate with different departmental teams in the business and technology space to produce better outcomes.
Developing processes and procedures to ensure business solutions meet strategic goals.
Cataloging, documenting, and testing processes, business / functional requirements, design specifications, and recommended improvements.
Qualification:
BS or equivalent experience – Engineering Technology or Technical Related Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience with business analyst activities and responsibilities
Strong experience is required including collaboration with many different teams and documenting typical project information and data.
Proficient in writing functional and business requirements.
Experience in troubleshooting root causes of issues and working with various teams in resolving gaps / solving complex problems.
Should have knowledge, skills, and experience in secondary tools such as SQL (understanding and writing queries), common ERP system(s), and
