Learning and Development specialist
Candidate must have Graduation in -BE/B.Tech ,PG in MBA HR only consider
Notice period – Immediate to 30 days only
Total experience : 3 to 8
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement learning and development programs that are aligned with the organization’s competency framework.
Identify training needs through employee surveys, performance reviews, and other assessments.
Design training programs that are engaging and effective.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, assessments, and other feedback mechanisms.
Work with managers and employees to develop and implement individual learning plans.
Facilitate training workshops and seminars.
Connect with Stake holder, Understanding Business needs, System Designing , Provisioning facilitates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, Technical (B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT/Computer Science, MCA), or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in learning and development.
Strong instructional design and delivery skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
MS Office Proficiency (Excel, Power point, Word)
