Work with leading FS organizations to advise them on projects involving operational transformation, Finance Transformation, change management, process re-engineering and customer experience
Capture As is process, document controls and system data flows. Perform data gap analysis
Create functional / technical specification documentation in coordination with the client Business and IT team.
Define future state processes, controls and RACI
You will work with the clients and act as an interface to business units analysing, defining and documenting business requirements
You will be responsible for leading work-streams on medium to large size projects and varied complexity.
You will be responsible for daily activities and work closely with the Engagement Manager / Director. Planning and organizing work packages, overseeing data gathering and analysis, driving insights and presenting results, owning client relationships and preparing and chairing client meetings and workshops, etc.
Expertise in writing Business Requirement Document covering Functional and Non-Functional specifications
Documentation of detailed requirements
Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements to the design and development team by using data, process or information modelling.
Experience in documentation with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Tableau and other similar tools
Hands on experience with Data Analytics tools viz. Alteryx, RPA Tools (Blueprism, Automation Anywhere), Data Visualization Tools (Tableau, Qliksense, QlikView, OBIEE)
Practice development: Use your expertise, knowledge and experience to further develop and promote the core financial services propositions at KPMG. Taking a supporting / leading role in processes and initiatives that are key to scaling the business and new go-to market propositions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
To succeed in this demanding role, you will need to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Candidate should have expertise in of any one of the sectors – Banking, Insurance, Capital Market or Asset Management in the transformation or change management function for about 1 to 6 years.
Postgraduate or equivalent in Finance/Economics/Commerce or CFA with 1-6 years of relevant work experience preferably with a Big 4 or equivalent consulting company or transformation experience with a blue-chip Financial Institution / Fortune 100 company
Strong experience and knowledge of Financial sector, key processes, activities in Front Office, Middle Office and Back office – with deep, hands on experience in at least one of these areas.
Understanding of trends and issues prevailing in the FS industry
KGS Consulting Team is currently seeking experienced consultants at multiple levels (Analyst to Consultant) with relevant experience between 1-6 years. Relevant work experience will be considered based on the interview process.
