KPMG is currently seeking a Benefits Representative, Benefits Administration Services to join our Human Resources organization.
Benefits Representative – Business Support Services
Provide the primary interface for employee benefits inquiries between employees, partners and Human Resources (HR)
Respond to inquiries within a call center environment via telephone, e-mail and fax
Proactively resolve customer issues and research resolutions
Participate on project teams within the benefits management group
Utilize available resources and tools to resolve customer issues
Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum one year of call center/customer service experience or recent college graduate
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Knowledge of basic benefits processes, including Immigration is preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
