Business Valuation – Associate Solution Advisor/ Solution Advisor
Job Description:
Support Deloitte US project teams in providing financial consulting services relating to business valuation. Assist in the valuation of intangible assets for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes as a result of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or financial restructuring
Create/assist in creating financial models, analyzing financial statements, conducting industry research, and writing reports
Deliver high-quality valuation work products and assist other team members in Deloitte India (Offices of the US), when required
Interact with internal clients and communicate with managers in the United States
Assist internal clients on client development and practice development assignments
Supervise work of junior staff to ensure high quality of work products
May need to work on other Deloitte Advisory engagements
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
MBA Finance
0–4 years of relevant Business Valuation experience
Preferred:
CFA Level II cleared or appeared
Location: Gurgaon/ Hyderabad/Mumbai/Bengaluru
