Supporting Design, Mobilisation and Execution of PMO activities for large projects managing all dimensions of programme management
Supporting multiple work streams to create a centralized PMO organization
Developing and maintaining the programme management plan, integrated master schedule, and weekly and monthly reporting.
Identifying the appropriate tools, methods and templates that are required within the centralized organization.
Developing PMO supporting methodology, SOPs, and artefact templates.
Engaging with key stakeholders and client subject matter experts.
Developing programme briefings.
Communication and outreach to programme teams.
Implementing Lessons Learned analysis and Quality Assurance.
Ensuring PMO services are delivered using best in class practices and methodologies
Contributing to building PMO proposals and RFPs
Fully support client projects including administration, organisation of project meetings and plans
Post Graduate Degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 institute
