IT-Helpdesk/Support-Employee (m/w/d) Austria

Job Description:
First level support of our systems and applications including solution-oriented support for support cases via help desk system, mail or telephone
Processing of support inquiries and fault reports using the central help desk system ServiceNow
Monitoring of tickets and compliance with defined reaction times
Installation, configuration and maintenance of the hardware and software solutions used (clients, printers, mobile devices)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented error analysis, troubleshooting and documentation of activities
Event and meeting support
Detection and correction of IT problems
Fault documentation and preventive optimization

What are you bringing with you?
Relevant IT-oriented training (HTL, apprenticeship, technical school) or corresponding professional experience in the IT and / or support environment
Broad IT knowledge and understanding of the relationships in a complex IT infrastructure
You are characterized by high customer orientation and problem-solving skills
Independent, accurate and responsible way of working
Know-how in dealing with Microsoft Windows operating systems
Service and service orientation, punctuality
Good knowledge of German and English
