Full time BE/ B. Tech Degree in Electrical ,Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering with Diploma/Bachelor/Masters in Industrial Safety from approved institute. CLI/RLI/NEBOSH/IOSH/OSHA certification is an added advantage.
Job Description:
To lead the development and implementation of required environmental, occupational health and safety (EHS) programs and procedures to protect the safety and health of employees, to comply with good environmental practices, and to maintain compliance with applicable local regulations
To drive Safety Initiatives in the project and ensure compliances to Company & Statutory safety requirements for the site and build a sustainable culture of Safety.
Understanding of standards relating to EHS including ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
Deploying methods and technologies for Risk Assessment and Control.
Understanding of Legal and other requirements related to construction industry.
Team player and excellent technical knowledge of Security Solutions, Tower Erections, Communication Networks, Tele-communication and SMART Infrastructures.
Quick learner and adoptive to different site conditions.
Permanent risk reduction through innovative ideas.
Preparation of HIRA & Aspect, Impact and Significant Register
Handle training sessions on EHS related topics.
Understanding of Legal and other statutory requirements related to IT Industry
Understanding of Fire technology, fire prevention methods and fire load calculations
Preparation Accident investigation reports, Lesson Learnt Reports and EHS Alerts.
Working knowledge on various EHS Digitalization/Software modules.
Experience on IMS Document Preparations as per contractual documents.
Minimum 2+ years’ experience.
