Source potential candidates from various online channels and through internal data base.
Reviewed resumes and applications for pre-screening and identify candidates for Interview.
Schedule and interview prospective hires to fill positions
Negotiate with the candidates regarding their salary packages and the joining dates.
Conducted reference check, background checks and issue the Offer letters & Appointment Letters to new hires, through Digital platform.
Competent professional engaged in establishing priorities, time management skills and ability
to perform under pressure to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
A keen communicator, good listener, a People-Person with the ability to coordinate people across all hierarchical levels and cross functional departments in an organization.
Should be able to build network and establish good relationship with candidates.
Knowledge of Excel and Power point is must
