Job Description
Discussed planned activity and its execution during the day with contractor supervisor/workmen.
Prioritise activates and sequence within different contractor as per master plan/OBP schedule
Ensure receipt of PO and its correctness to contractors.
Issuance of Drg/Procedures/weld plans according to PO
Ensure right pool of manpower available to contractor according to assigned job
Ensure and approve daily work permit system of contractors as per nature of activity
Provide inputs to PMG team for balanced loading of contractors.
Approve monthly billing of contractors according to PLM progress
Receipt and record of incoming material/assembly/Machined parts
Proper preservation of received/installed Equipment’s as per OEM guidelines
Ensure material full kit before starting of activity.
Prepare plan along with contractor to meet target dates.
Daily monitoring of work progress
Weekly meeting to discuss status and concerns to achieve weekly targeted dates in contractor review meeting (Every Friday)
Ensure daily WMS round and get it reviewed by Shop in charge
Discussed TBT with contractor workmen and Supervisor on every Wednesday
