Zensar is looking forward to hiring immediate joiners for HR recruiter profile for Pune location. Zensar is hiring recruiter on Contract for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
1) To coordinate all the Campus Recruitment related activities.
2) To coordinate for pr event/Campus season activities for hiring like Online Tests, Panel Mobilization and Creatives /Communications are enabled within required SLA and Compliance norms.
3) To coordinate all post event/Campus season activities for hiring like Offers and On-boarding are enabled within required SLA and Compliance norms.
4) To evaluate new colleges, data gathering, eligibility analysis and recommendation to be presented to Campus Recruitment Head.
5) Campus visit for recruitment drives To coordinate complete event planning along with College placement team,conduct HR interview and ensure smooth selection process.
6) Reports/Dashboard/PPT etc. to be presented on timely manner
7) To coordinate in Hiring Plan, Evaluation of Colleges and Schedule in-person meetings with Placement officers
Eligibility Criteria:
1) Post-Graduation in MBA-HR (preferably)
2) Experience: 0 Years to 6 months (Fresher)
3) Good in Xcel and Powerpoint.
4) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
5) Looking for Immediate Joiners Only
