Engineer – Mold Design
Designing of Injection moulds, Compression moulds, Die-Casting Dies.
Experience in tool design change cycle in view of product refinement and tool life cycle management.
Conversant with ISO systems, Manufacturing Excellence etc
Knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques / processes/ productivity techniques/ methods.
Knowledge of tool steels, heat treatment and coating
Application Support Engineering (labview)
Provide test set-ups for switchgear standard products like contactors, MCBs, RCCBs, Change over switches etc.
Selection of DAS
Develop software for test setups
Conduct trials and do commissioning
Coordinate with Hardware group, design, shop, engineering etc
Interact with vendors during ordering
Procurement & Commissioning
Implement latest technology, new concept in production testing to improve productivity
Support for software maintenance
Experience in LabView software is a must.
Good at Labview programming
Understanding of schematics, control panel design will be preferable
