HR MIS Assistant (Data Management Assistant) on Third Party Payroll

Qualification : Graduate
A) Data Maintenance:
1) Entry and maintenance of data in excel database as well as in the systems for new joinees, transfers Separations of M4-B and above employees.
2) Excel Data reports to internal customers in their required formats.
3) Entry of Stationery requirements of entire Compensation & Benefits Team in the eOffice portal.
B) Benefit Processes:
1) Preparation of New Joinees folder for Onboarding.
2) Preparation of the various Benefit sanction letters.
3) Preparation of Employee Processes letters viz. Transfers, Resignations.
4) Preparation of Certificates for various purposes Bonafide certificate proofs for visa, passport, residence, etc.
5) Preparation of documents folder for Promotion Interactions.
6) Logistics arrangements for Promotion Interactions.
7) Creation of Benefit Sanction masters in SSC-EBC portal.
C) Vendor Payments:
1) Entry of vendor bills in the BPM system.
D) Visit to Company Flats:
1) Joint inspection of Company Flats with PMA and employee.
2) Inspecting the flats (leased & owned) regularly to monitor the upkeep.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office viz. Excel, Word and Powerpoint(not mandatory).
Good communication skills.
