Job description
Support to STEM Education Projects for filed level monitoring, quality assurance and documentation of projects
Implement process and programs for scale-up of STEM education project in all L&T Locations
Regular Monitoring of STEM project in coordination with the existing implementing NGO partners.
Regular field visits to the STEM projects sites and Locations for monitoring and Ensuring quality of work at the ground level
Planning and budgeting of the project with Partner NGOs
Review the content of projects-based learning and content to be transacted in the schools
Prepare progress reports
Assist in Monitoring CSR Grant budgets and spend for STEM project
Develop communication materials for STEM program and events
Document the good practices and successful case stories for measuring the impact of the project
