Position: developer Role

Exp Required: 1 to 6 years

Location: PAN India (All LTI Offices)

Job Description:

1 to 6 years of Java/J2EE development experience.
At least 2 years of experience working on enterprise E-Commerce platform.

Must Have Skills –
• Proven knowledge on OOP (Object Oriented Programming) concepts.
• Experience with Oracle ATG Commerce platform.
• Worked on at least one application server (JBoss, IBM Websphere, Weblogic etc.)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and/or Material
• Experience developing large web sites or applications
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins or similar
• Experience in Requirement management tools like Atlassian Jira or similar tools

Job Responsibilities:

Execute the training programs end-to-end including designing, planning and implementation.

Plan and execute the skill assessments process.

Build the dashboard and MIS reports for sharing the progress of training batches.

Manage training facilities and develop month wise training schedule.

Develop, rationalize and manage vendor partners for effective fresher induction training program outcomes.
