Accounting Analyst, Tax – India

Job Description:

We are looking for a person with extremely strong accounting, computer and communication skills who can work on the US tax project with limited supervision. There is a possibility for the role to expand over time.

In this role, you are responsible for executing various processes to compile global financial results for consolidated tax filing in the US. This includes preparing multi-state tax filings and corresponding with office accountants to gather necessary information for statutory and tax accounting processes.

You also interact with auditors and advisors to provide them with the required information for field audits or tax return preparation. Additionally, you are responsible for preparing GL Accounts reconciliation for statutory reporting and audit processes, which involves conducting a detailed review of Corporate Tax and VAT accounts.

In your role, you also handle the preparation and processing of final journals in the statutory books. You provide information for tax audits or assessments and ensure proper documentation of the processes followed and work performed.

Qualification:

Freshers with CA Qualification or Chartered Accountant with 6+ months experience

Accounting and reconciliation experience in a reputed MNC or an accounting firm is desirable

Excellent communication skills

Confident and collaborative team player

Ability to work on the tax project with limited supervision
