Junior Recruiter – Trainee

Job Description:
You’ll work in different recruiting functions such as campus recruitment, sourcing and mapping, talent marketplace research and experienced professional sourcing.
You will closely work with the team to identify target groups of potential candidates and new methods for connecting with them. You will develop and facilitate attraction campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring a first class candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process. This includes candidate screening and cultivation, administering assessments, managing logistics and hosting interviews. You will serve as a main contact for candidates throughout. You will also manage recruiting data using existing tools and systems.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree is a plus
1+ years of work experience
Passionate about recruiting, talent acquisition and online research
Experience in sourcing for digital and analytics profiles is highly desirable
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Proactive approach and can-do attitude
Independence in organizing work and managing multiple projects
Strong interpersonal, communication and team skills
Flexible to travel and work outside of standard office hours
Fluency in Mandarin and English
