Recruiting Intern – Digital (2 years)
This internship opportunity is a 2-year program and you will be working 30 hours per week.
Job Description:
You’ll work in our Sao Paulo office as part of our Latin America digital recruiting team, providing support to McKinsey Digital Labs, Advanced Analytics and Digital core
You will provide support to the recruiting team and ensure the quality of the process during all recruiting stages.
In this role, you will assist in the management of candidate data including maintaining accurate and up-to-date application information in recruiting systems.
You will also have the opportunity to support the application screening process where needed.
You will communicate interview logistics to candidates, respond to general process inquiries and help identify assessors for interview days.
You will arrange logistics, reserve conference rooms, prepare materials, etc.
You will also help coordinate in person and/or virtual events, helping the team to attract the best talents.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a university degree in business, psychology, international affairs and related areas with expected graduation until December 2024
Advanced skills in Excel and basic skills in PowerPoint
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to work well in a team environment
Strong relationship building skills
Strong organizational skills with eye for detail
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in English, both written and verbal
