Engineer Position:
Starting your career, you will work in one of our many production facilities located in communities across the United States.
There, you will lead production or maintenance employees, project teams, contractors or technical operations teams executing on critical initiatives and projects in a fast-paced, production environment.
Although business processes vary, the design of the Engineer role is to provide appropriate exposure to the people management and technical aspects of engineering.

Engineers begin their career in one of many different roles within our diverse businesses including: Agricultural Supply Chain North America, Cocoa and Chocolate, Deicing Technology, Global Edible Oil Solutions North America, Industrial Specialties, Protein, Salt, Starches and Sweeteners and Texturizing Solutions.
The intent of the Engineer role is to allow individuals to be exposed to the technical and management aspects of engineering, while beginning to develop an interest for longer term career aspirations.

Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in agricultural, biological systems, chemical, electrical, mechanical, industrial, Mining or other engineering discipline to be/recently completed between Summer 2023 – June 2024
Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer
Ability to work optimally with individuals from a diverse set of backgrounds and cultures
Willing and able to relocate
Ability to contribute, both as part of a team and individually
Strong communication skills – written and oral
Preferred :
Previous plant, production, co-op or intern experience preferred
Overall 2.7 GPA or higher preferred
Ability to relate technical knowledge to job-related duties
Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make decisions independently

Cargill is looking for Electrical Engineers to join our Electrical Hub teams at several location across the United States.
Electrical Engineers will be primarily focused on the electrical power system equipment as well as implementation and management of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Engineering
Principles and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
This position is responsible for executing Electrical Capital projects as well as Electrical solutions in support of capital projects
Examples of Electrical Capital projects include:
Plant production expansions – adding Electric motors and motor control centers (MCC’s)
Electrical Power equipment Upgrades like Transformers, Distribution Switches & Breakers, etc.
Power Factor Correction – Energy Savings
Arc Flash Reduction
Replacement of obsolete equipment with newer technology
Qualifications:

Procurement Specialist – India
Job Description:
The Procurement Specialist will provide support and help develop the deployment and communication of new processes, changes and projects management as well as the portfolio management of new services. In this role, you will handle projects with internal team and cross functional partners and extend the continuous improvement and innovation culture.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of two years of related work experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred:
Graduate or PG in Agri-Science
At least 7 years of experience in Bulk Procurement Operations of Agri – Commodities
Should have good experience in Agri Business (Cattle/ Poultry/ Aqua Feed OR Agri Supply chain)
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and establish process and structure.

Associate EHS Specialist – India
Job Description:
The Associate EHS Specialist, will provide subject matter expertise that complies with environmental, health and safety regulations.
In this role, you will support the implementation and application of environmental, health and safety and process safety management processes and programs.
You will understand, in detail, the applications of safe, compliant operational practices and support compliance demonstration associated with company policy, work processes, programs and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Other minimum qualifications may apply
Preferred:
Graduate or Postgraduate in Environmental Science
Should have at least 3 years in EHS focusing on Environmental compliances.
