Associate/Senior Associate -(NonTechnical) – Backend Operations
Job Description:
1. Remote Associate provides supervisory control when automated tasks fail for any reason.
2. Understand the issue and make best use of the available resources to resolve it.
3. Able to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information to the relevant owners/ teams according to processes and standard.
4. Excellent communication, both verbal and written as you will be required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Understand performance metrics to create analysis allowing to drive business results.
6. Drive results in live environment.
7. Analyze and detect exceptions.
8. Meets predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.
9. Fungible to transition within work types, flexibility to work across shifts.
10. Understands and adheres to SOP.
Required Qualification and Prerequisites:
1. Graduates and above only (2018 pass-outs or before)
2. Flexible to work in night shifts
3. Rotational shifts and week offs
4. Candidates need to join immediately.
5. Experience Range : 0 – 24 months only.
Note:
Graduation is mandatory and 2018 Pass Outs (Graduates) Please carry Consolidated Mark sheet or Provisional Degree Certificate.
Candidates who have been interviewed with Amazon in the last 6 months would not be eligible to apply now.
