Facility Executive Soft (2-6 yrs Exp)- Commercial & Residential
Admin (4-6 Yrs Exp) – Commercial Sites
Food & Beverages Executive (2-4 yrs Exp) – with Corporate Experience will be an added advantage.
Security Manager (Residential and Commercial) 5-10 yrs exp with multi-tenanted complex handling exp
Procurement Manager(Facilities exp must) (5-8 yrs Exp) Commercial
Fire and Safety – Residential Property Site and Commercial Site (4-8 yrs)
FE Tech (Shift Engineers)- Electrical Engineers – (2-5 yrs)
AM Tech(Duty Managers) Electrical Engineer – (4-7 Yrs)
FM Tech(Commercial Site) – Electrical Engineer -(8-12 Yrs)
Property Manager Tech(Electrical or Mechanical) (5 yrs relevant exp must)
Transport Executive (2-3 yrs) for commercial sites
Property Manager ( 15-20 yrs ) for high end residential projects in Vikhroli and Malad west
Facility Manager Soft ( 10 – 15 yrs )
AM-Security and Fire for Residential Site in Malad with 7-8 years of residential experience
Soft Service Executive for Residential project
Senior level positions in Security having 15 to 20 years experience
Candidate Profile
1. Must be very good in word, excel and PPT
2. Quick learner, can work under pressure
3. Should be very good in communication skills. ( Verbal and Written ) – MANDATORY
4. Candidates with relative experience in similar industry will be preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
– Freshers are not eligible for this walk-in drive.
– Education Diploma in Electrical \ Mechanical or Bachelors in Electrical \ Mechanical \ Civil (Any one of the qualification is must).
– Kindly note that if you do not have any proof of your previous employment’s, you will not be considered for the interview.

– As this is a walk-in drive candidates are requested to plan the day accordingly considering the waiting period.

– Please be formally dressed.
