Grade to be offered : M1/ M2
CTC to be Offered ( For Fresher ): 1.75 LPA along with monthly incentives and night shift allowances
CTC to be offered ( For Experience ): Upto 3 LPA

Job Role:
1) To Attend the inbound calls of customers in both Retail Liabilities & Credit Cards and process the queries & requests to customer’s satisfaction
2) Good Communication skills
3) Five days working in a week with rotational holidays (with 9hours shift)
4) Rotational Shifts
5) Mandatory for boys to work in night shifts for 10 days in a month will get extra allowance for night shift. (For Females: 8AM till 8PM)
Job Requirements:
1) Graduate/ Post Graduate
2) 1 year experience in BPO sector
3) Comfortable in English
