Responsibilities
Building and owning machine learning pipelines to solve the Ad Selection problem
Ability to iterate on improving machine learning pipelines by making necessary changes to the data processing, algorithm, and the model components of the pipelines
Experience with maintaining machine learning models by keeping them up to date with fresher training data, parameter tuning, etc.
Finding insights and forming hypothesis on web-scale data with various machine learning, statistical, and data mining techniques: e.g. regression, classification, optimization, p-values analysis.
Wrangling large amounts of data (think petabytes) using various tools, including open-source ones and your own.
A graduate degree in computer science or a quantitative domain plus hands-on software engineering and data science experience.
Familiarity with programming C# or C++, SQL, and Python is preferred, with strong expertise in one of them.
3+ year experience delivering, scaling, and owning highly successful and innovative machine learning products.
Experience with training and evaluating deep learning models (DNN, RNN, LSTM) and frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.) is strongly preferred.
Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills.
