Job Description:
Customer Engineer provides technical support including product technical training onsite, as well as via telephone, & electronic media. The CE Support Delivery Model outlines the various support delivery services that a Customer Engineer could provide through the Premier Support contract and engagement via the Technical Account Manager (TAM) and/or Virtual Account Team (VAT). Those support services can be delivered either remotely or on premises.
Qualifications
· On-track to complete or within 12-months of graduation of Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, technical or engineering majors.
· Have less than 2 years combined work experience, including internships/co-op
· English language & local language fluency
· Flexible to be relocated within your existing country
· Willing to travel due to customer requirements for onsite services
· Demonstrates curiosity and actively explores options
