Job Description:

– Providing clients various portfolio performance metrics and portfolio risk analysis.

Job Description:

· Analyze and extract relevant historical operating and credit metrics from balance sheet, income and cash flow statements for both US (GAAP) and European (IFRS) for IG and HY corporates

· Update relative value comps using screeners and publicly available market data

· Build financial models for companies in the distressed debt space

Qualification:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

– Work with internal and external stakeholders and other key points of contact in a professional manner

– Research and resolve issues quickly and with a sense of urgency and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the successful applicant will include supervisory oversight and risk management of the below functions and driving forward a multi-year change agenda:

· Risk management of complex CRS obligation across various global markets.

· Life-cycle management of CRS form management and data integrity to ensure in good order with tax authorities and analysis of market practice.

· Support of the risk framework, analysing Key Risk Indicators and impact of regulatory market updates.

· Coordination of Tax Authority audits or requests and reconciliation of required information such as reportable/non-reportable entities and accounts.

· Supporting the ITO Enhancement strategy to improve systemic tax processing.

· Control of processes outsourced to external vendor.

· Work as an effective team player to achieve the team and department goals and objectives

Qualification:

· Experience in supporting CRS processes (preferred, not essential)

· Ability to drive forward change agenda

· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills

· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
