Job Description:
We are looking for tech passionate individuals to want to start their career in the IT industry. You will be joining a significant business area working for our largest UK public sector client working with inspiring experts from whom you can learn from and enjoy the career opportunities this brings. You will be joining a large community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business.
• Fault identification and resolution of incidents / requests

• PC Configuration

• Creating and maintaining support documentation
• When trained you will be expected to work on the Tech Table or Virtual Tech Table assisting end users with technical issues.

Graduate DevOps Engineer – UK
Location : Birmingham, London Holborn, Glasgow, Manchester
Job Description:
You’ll develop and maintain bespoke solutions for a varied client base, which includes both the public and private sectors – drawing on different languages, methodologies and DevOps principles.
You’ll support live systems and applications, working to release, configure, monitor and operate applications and systems
You’ll take responsibility for components of a much larger system, writing code to complement that which is being developed by colleagues.
You’ll be working within a DevOps team, which work with a set of practices that break down the traditional barriers between software development and IT operations. DevOps Engineers work as part of cross-functional teams, with an aim to reduce the time it takes for new software to be delivered into production.
Qualification:
A bachelor’s degree, relevant and practical IT experience, as well as a passion for DevOps. A basic knowledge of the tools and languages used to write code would be beneficial.
Most importantly, we want people with an appetite for learning new technologies. DevOps is a constantly evolving field!

Capable of building KPIs to highlight the use-case specific to processes and client requirement.
Hands on experience on building Analysis dashboard & Execution App.
Hands on experience in different component of Celonis like – Views, Action Flows, Skills, Knowledge Model, simulation and data explorer.
Capable of identifying and building Execution Gap use cases.
Should understand and implement client requirements.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Should be able to create custom connectors.
Should know how to make API Calls.
Should be able to establish an end-to-end live connectivity – on premise as well as cloud and custom connectors.
