AECOM Hiring Entry Level Graduate 2025

Graduate Electrical Engineer (EC&I) Nuclear – GBR

Graduates commencing their careers with AECOM are engaged into teams and paired with an experienced engineer who will guide and mentor them through the initial stages of their career whilst working on live projects. Typically, these include:

Preparation of designs deliverables using CAD and BIM software tools

Preparation of design documentation; basis of design, functional/user/procurement requirements and specifications

Develop an understanding of highly regulated industries

Develop an understanding of Safety Cases and the supporting documentation.

Develop an understanding of risk and the preparation of designer’s risk assessments

Under supervision complete site surveys.

Qualifications

BEng or MEng in Electrical Engineering 2:1 (or equivalent) at an accredited university

Able to meet the requirements for Baseline security clearance in the UK.

Preferably a final year project or modules related to Electrical Control and Instrumentation (EC&I)

Ability to demonstrate a good technical understanding of EC&I Engineering

Demonstrable interest in Nuclear Engineering and developing a career in this industry

Willing and able to work towards chartership with the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET)

Competent user of Microsoft Office

Ability to communicate effectively to internal and external clients, both verbally & in writing with the confidence to engage with a variety of people (clients, colleagues, stakeholders and sub-contractors alike) and the aptitude to rationally explain, explore and discuss technical issues and capture feedback

Analyst – Cash Application – India

Job Description

Performing end-to-end cash application activities for AECOM entities on specified region.

Follow established policies, procedures, and management guidance.

Manage the daily cash applications activities ensuring timeliness and meeting all required SLA.

Work closely with the team, team lead/manager and relevant offshore and onshore teams within O2C Tower in reaching goals and accomplishing the team vision.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent relevant courses.

Advanced knowledge and understanding of accounting standards and procedures and internal controls.

3+ year of Proven experience as a cash applications or similar role

Excellent skills in investigating/researching payment history/details

Knowledge of billing procedures and collections

Working knowledge of MS Office and databases

Comfortable working with targets

Graduate Electrical Engineer (Transmission & Distribution) – GBR

Qualifications:

BSc/BEng in Electrical/Power Engineering, with a 2:1 classification (or equivalent) or above

MSc/MEng in Electrical/Power Engineering would be an advantage

Must have completed HV & Power related course work or module options

Electrical Engineering – Technology – US

Responsible for supporting the electrical engineering design work on assigned projects under the guidance of senior staff.

Assist in design of structured Telecom and Security cable infrastructure and pathways to support Voice, Data, Wi-Fi, CATV, Paging, Audio Visual, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and other IP-Based systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from ABET accredited college or university or related field +2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

2 -4+ years of electrical and telecom consulting engineering and/or telecom experience

Experience with Revit and AutoCAD design software

Strong preference for experience in the following markets: Federal, State, and Local Government, Federal DoD, Healthcare and Labs, Corporate Commercial / Mixed Use, Mission Critical Facilities

Excellent communication skills; articulate, assertive, and confident

Creative thinker with effective teamwork skills
